APPOINTMENTS AND GIFT CARDS
Services booked online will require a deposit of 20% of the total cost of the service(s) booked. This deposit amount will be used toward the total bill at checkout. In the occurrence of a no call/ no show appointment, the deposit will be forfeited to supplement the income of the professional with whom the appointment was booked. The deposit is also subject to forfeiting if the appointment is cancelled with less than a 24 hour notice.
POLICIES
Cancellation Policy
Please provide 24 hours notice for ALL appointment cancellations or modifications. Any cancellations, modifications or no-shows with less than 24 hours notice may result in 50% payment due for service missed and/or a significant delay in rescheduling.
Mobile Phones
Out of consideration for our Nurtur guests, please silence your mobile phone.
Returns
Returns and Exchanges must be completed within 6 months (180 Days) of purchase, accompanied by a valid proof of purchase. Packing of item being returned or exchanged must be two-thirds of the way full upon date of return or exchange. Amount of transaction will be returned to original form of payment.
Children
Children under the age of 10 receiving a service must be accompanied by an adult. Children under the age of 10 that are not receiving a service must be accompanied by another adult not receiving a service.
Late Arrival
We want to ensure that we give you a complete nurtur experience. Please arrive promptly for your scheduled service time. If you arrive 10 minutes after your appointment time we may have to reschedule your service.
