Services booked online will require a deposit of 20% of the total cost of the service(s) booked. This deposit amount will be used toward the total bill at checkout. In the occurrence of a no call/ no show appointment, the deposit will be forfeited to supplement the income of the professional with whom the appointment was booked. The deposit is also subject to forfeiting if the appointment is cancelled with less than a 24 hour notice.
Due to a limited number of appointment times and decreased service areas due to social distancing, it is imperative you provide 24 hours notice for ALL appointment cancellations or modifications. Any cancellations, modifications or no-shows with less than 24 hours notice may result in 50% payment due for service missed and/or a significant delay in rescheduling.

Returns or exchanges must be accompanied by a valid receipt. store credit issued for returns without a receipt. Refunds are credited to the original form of payment. Mail check issued for cash refund over $150. No exchanges or returns on cosmetics and nail polish.
Children under the age of 10 receiving a service must be accompanied by an adult. Children under the age of 10 that are not receiving a service must be accompanied by another adult not receiving a service.
