Enrolling

• Enrollment in Nurture Rewards is completely complimentary.
• Members may not receive points for visits prior to enrollment.
• Nurtur the Salon team members are not eligible to participate.
• Nurtur the Salon VIPs are not eligible to participate.
• Nurtur the Salon’s ABC/FOX affiliates are not eligible to participate.

Earning

• Nurtur Reward points will be issued at all Nurtur the Salon locations.
• Points will accumulate separately at each location.
• Points may not be credited from purchases made at other salons, spas, or Aveda Experience Centers.
• Points earned do not apply to tax or gratuity.
• Points will be issued for Rewards Member’s services only with the exception of children, under the age of 18.
• Points will print at the bottom of the receipt. Any errors must be adjusted the day of which the transaction was made.
• Points for pre-booking the guest’s next service are issued when the rebooked appointment is checked-out.
• Points will not be issued for pre-booking a complimentary service such as a bang trim.
• Refer a friend is valid for first time Nurtur the Salon guests only.
• Points for referring a friend are issued after the referred friend is checked-out for their service.
• Referred friend must mention the referee when scheduling their first appointment at Nurtur the Salon.
• Retail purchase over $50 is limited to one per day.

Redeeming

• Point redemption cannot be combined with other offers and must be applied to a full priced transaction.
• Points may only be redeemed in increments of 2,000 ($20).
• Points may only be redeemed for services only.
• Points may not be redeemed for gratuity.

Birthday Gift

• The birthday gift is issued by email only. Nurtur must have a valid email address on file in order for the guest to receive the reward.
• To redeem the birthday gift, guest must have purchased a service within the prior 6 months at Nurtur the Salon. Your birthday gift includes double Nurtur Rewards points on all service and retails purchases on your birthday.
